Do I know more than the guy who throughout 2014 into 2015 predicted Perth was about to boom?
Please provide a link to any comment I have ever made anywhere predicting a boom in Perth.
My only hope for my three boys is that they turn out nothing at all like Chris.

I couldn't give a toss if you start a thread saying prices in Perth are falling. Starting 23 of them to state the same thing in different words just makes you a bigger cockhead than you normally are.
Actually Matey, I have started 6 threads about Perth property prices. Others have been about migration, the local economy etc.

I started posting new threads in response to Mikey and Skammys habit of using thread headlines to paint false pictures of the local market.

Such classics as Mikes "Perth Property prices increased 2.43% in 3 months" which was based on his inability to do basic maths.

Or Skammys "Perth rental leasing soars this year; SQM vacancy rate drops from 6% to 4.6%" which again was based on bullshit (using SQM as the lowpoint and REIWA as the highpoint).

I am here to counter the bullshit you people pump out in your demented attempts at trying and boost your portfolio values.

As long as there is a facility on this site to create a new topic, I will create new topics as and when I see fit.

Bully boys like you can't stop me.

It must kill you not being in total control like you are on your own mad hatters tea party blog.
Matthew, 30 Jan 2016, 09:21 AM Your simplistic view is so flawed it is not worth debating. The current oversupply will be swallowed in 12 months. By the time dumb shits like you realise this prices will already be :?: rising.

seeing that you haven't replied my last question, you must be busy skyping your children, huh

What can I say. I missed you Dimshit.
No Matey, seems like it was all a ruse.

You leave your blog and this site with a big emotional goodbye and let the rabble take over the comments on your blog.

Then an "anonymous" poster pops in and outs the name of your enemy.

Your socks then continue to hammer your enemy with vulgarities, threaten to do nasty things to his wife and kids.

Then you reappear with a peace offering to your enemy.

But the whole thing is simply you with your different handles having a convo with yourself.

Any rational blog owner who had taken a break from moderating their own site would have deleted all of the offensive posts on their return. Not you though Matey. Because it was you that created them in the first place.

You need to be certified pal.

You can go to Gaol for that kind of shit.

It worries me that you live in the same city as my wife and kids. The same planet even.

Get help Matey. For all of our sakes.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.

Forum Rules: The main forum may be used to discuss property, politics, economics and finance, precious metals, crypto currency, debt management, generational divides, climate change, sustainability, alternative energy, environmental topics, human rights or social justice issues, and other topics on a case by case basis. Topics unsuitable for the main forum may be discussed in the lounge. You agree you won't use this forum to post material that is illegal, private, defamatory, pornographic, excessively abusive or profane, threatening, or invasive of another forum member's privacy. Accusations, attacks, abuse or threats, litigious or otherwise, directed against the forum or forum administrators aren't tolerated and will result in immediate suspension of your account for a number of days depending on the severity of the attack. No spamming or advertising in the main forum. Spamming includes repeating the same message over and over again within a short period of time. Don't post ALL CAPS thread titles. The Advertising and Promotion Subforum may be used to promote your Australian property related business or service. Active members of the forum who contribute regularly to main forum discussions may also include a link to their product or service in their signature block. Members are limited to one actively posting account each. A secondary account may be used solely for the purpose of maintaining a blog as long as that account no longer posts in threads. Any member who believes another member has violated these rules may report the offending post using the report button.
