We have covered this before Dimshit. There is no conversation regarding Perth that cannot be covered in existing threads.
Then link me to where you have chastised Skammy, Mikey, BP et al for doing exactly the same thing?
Bet you can't.
Matthew, 30 Jan 2016, 09:21 AM Your simplistic view is so flawed it is not worth debating. The current oversupply will be swallowed in 12 months. By the time dumb shits like you realise this prices will already be rising.
I did think it funny when Rufus started posting about Perth having turned a corner, and prices increasing etc.
What people need to realise is there is a difference between the median and prices, and when volumes are low, the median is unreliable.
Now sales have picked up after the Xmas lull, the have resumed their steady decline.
I posted the facts, which are that the Perth hit a low of around 563 on the index in late September and then it began to rise. The index today is 572 still above the September low.
Maybe it will rise from now on, or fall further, or flatline, I can't forecast that, but it ain't crashing by 40% which was my point.
Where is the much predicted Perth housing crash. Show me where it is.

Again Dimshit I am not going to go back through all of my posts to find an example for you.
Either way as I stated there is absolutely no topic relating to Perth property prices that cannot be covered in one of the 10,000 existing Perth threads most of which have been started by you.
My only hope for my three boys is that they turn out nothing at all like Chris.
It won't be long Pete, it may not be 40% but it's unwinding as we speak.
The median asking price for Perth houses according to REIWA is $535k.
The median house price in the September quarter according to REIWA was $520k.
According to Landgate the median house price is around $530k, a 9% fall from the peak.
I think you will find that unwinding in Perth is almost done Chris. Might get to $520k. Might not. But if you paid $500 a week in rent between November 2014 when the market peaked and today you have spent $55,000 in rent. You have rented away every cent that you "saved". So did you "win"? Waiting 2 years and spending all of your saving are you in front? And the median house is now probably 2 - 3km further from the CBD than it was 2 years ago as well.
He who hesitates is lost Chris.
My only hope for my three boys is that they turn out nothing at all like Chris.

That's because there isn't an example Matey. Mikey, Skammy and BP start the majority of Perth based threads but you have never once told any of them to use an existimg thread to air their views.
Strange you can't be bothered to go back through your old posts when you seem to have an infinite number of hours to trawl through mine?

You are by far the most frequent starter of Perth threads. And there is not a single topic relating to the Perth property market that cannot be covered by an existing thread.

Hypocrite.
You certainly are.

How many of the 27 threads started by Mike and Skammy did you feel could have been covered in existing threads?
How many times did you pull up Mike or Skammy on this?
Why have you neglected to mention BP?
Who appointed you as forum moderator?
Or do you not like it when youi don't have total control over a blog like you had on your own demented domain?

All of them. A point I have made before.

2 in his first 10 pages of topics.

I am not a moderator of this forum. I am however sure I am not the only person sick of seeing the same shit recycled into new threads.

I have no issue not having total control.
You seem to struggle with it though. You are getting more bitter by the day. Which hurts more? The 130 weeks of rent pissed against the door or the embarrassment of claiming obvious trades are all you do before losing $30k on an obvious trade?
My only hope for my three boys is that they turn out nothing at all like Chris.
