Cadillac El Dorado for first prize.

Clearance rate could be 30% lower next week without any statistical significance and most people won't know why.

Very strong result. As usual, it will be revised down by a few percent when the unreported results come in, but still an excellent result for the opening weekend.

Banks can't repossess your home simply because the market value falls. Australia's Consumer Credit Code says consumers aren't liable for things ordinarily outside their control and can't be held to obligations that could only be met by selling their home. Click for details.

Luxury car dealer Neville Crichton sells Point Piper home for more than $60 million

Crichton’s sale will serve as a boon to the trophy home market at a time when some of Australia’s most expensive real estate is for sale, including the mega-mansion of Aussie John Symond next door for well in excess of $100 million.
