I don't need to make money because I already have money. I'm just converting some of my digital/paper money into metal money. The best kind of money. Indestructible and undebasable.
Unlike you who's eating noodles to funnel to the bank each paycheck to the 30-year debt you were fooled into getting and who can take away your collateral anytime.
And yet the internet you used to post that would have been paid with a credit card.
Leave some coolaid for the other muppets on here will you, don't drink it all
I'm not actually sure how come gov taxes public servants? Like tha rest of us just pay tax ta guv ta pay 'em - But we actually has ta pay even more tax ta guv so guv can take tax off 'em? - So gov can then just get that tax ... Don't we?
'Spose there's gotta be some sorta sound logic behind it? - But wot it that sound logic IS has all got a simple minded ole dumb f*** like me bum fuzzled?

Did you hear the joke about the Irish and the incredible stupidly low tax rate they gave the world richest company?
They sank the little money they got from it into a housing bubble that f***ed them up more than the IRA every could, forcing even more of their young people to flea that seemingly godforsaken place.
I do have some sort of general recollection Tha Celtic Tiger fiddled its corporate tax rate.
But tha even funnier joke is tha OECD nations sending their best 'n finest off ta Paris for about two yrs on a very regular basis ta chat about just how they could collectively take action ta combat corporate tax avoidance - Ta just pretty much ultimately be told by tha Yanks at tha end of it all:
"F*** Ya! They're OUR corporations!! 'N there's NO WAY IN F*** we're EVER gunna agree ta lettin' youse f***s tool 'em over!!!" - LOL LOL LOL
PS: I think it mighta bin Buffett wot suggested "Don't bet against tha US" - Or some such? ...
Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.
