You are avoiding the question, maybe two questions are just too many for you.
Lets just take one.

1. Do you think the government will repay every last dollar they owe,

What effect do you think that will have on the economy?
You're avoiding the Answers............

What part of my answer can you not grasp?

Here it is again:

Better ask all those countries who defaulted if they paid back every last Dollar........

Better ask all the People who filed for bankruptcies during and after the GFC if they paid back every single Dollar.......

What happened to the Global Economy during the GFC.........

No I don't, but if you contact the local authority they may have one.

BCC have some really sharp data.

I may just do that...

btw, have you ever used the Planning Alerts website ?

https://www.planningalerts.org.au/

It's pretty cool.. you can sign up to set up a search in a perimeter around a property of interest (say your own)... then have it auto email you whenever a planning permit has been sought to develop a property in that perimeter.

I have it setup for a number of properties I have some interest in, and each week I get a heads up that someone is planning to do something around them.

Shadow - Defrauded his Bank ? 2015 I have 9 different loans and my bank had no idea which ones were personal and which were investment. They had half of them classed incorrectly. When this change came in they asked me to tell them if any personal loans were incorrectly classed as investment, which I did, and they switched them to personal for the lower rate. They also had a couple of investment loans incorrectly classed as personal. They didn't ask me about those. So they stay on the lower rate too. Worked out pretty well. :)

The quality of your answer tells me that you simply don't understand.

This was an opportunity for you to learn something, but clearly you reject knowledge in favour of mindless grabs from the internet that you feel are somehow related to the topic being addressed.

You don't know, that's OK with me.

I'm sure Inflation is Higher...........Yep.
This year have interest rates increased or decreased?

Have interest rates reduced the repayments of landlords more than, or less than any fall in rents?

You truly have no idea at all do you?
My only hope for my three boys is that they turn out nothing at all like Chris.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.

Forum Rules: The main forum may be used to discuss property, politics, economics and finance, precious metals, crypto currency, debt management, generational divides, climate change, sustainability, alternative energy, environmental topics, human rights or social justice issues, and other topics on a case by case basis.
