So far from Burswood, Cannington and Gloucester Park Matey.
They don't race Thoroughbred Horses at Burswood, Cannington or Gloucester Park Dimshit. And I don't visit the track to bet. Channel 526 is all anyone needs.

Link please Matey.
Should keep you occupied for at least the next six hours (but being as it is your hobby, you should enjoy it).
I posted one a few weeks ago Dimshit. My posting frequency is nothing like yours, go back and find it yourself.
My only hope for my three boys is that they turn out nothing at all like Chris.
I could have spent the same amount of money on an equally nice house in Cottesloe. I like where I live. Always wanted to live in Applecross. Happy with my selection. Will not move. Dimshit called a 25% crash by November 2014 and has been paying for his hunch ever since. Whatever he suggests do the opposite.
Right now I intend to buy $5,000 per month of the Pound until the Pound gets back to $1.65 for two reasons. Firstly Dimshit said it will not get to $1.65 this year and it is sitting at $1.6033 and secondly the 10 year average is $1.87. Once it gets to $1.65 I will hold it until it gets to $1.85 when I will cash it in. I plan to hold Physical pound, not invest in bonds or anything else. If things go to absolute shit we will holiday in the UK in the future and spend it.
For your situation if you have opportunity to service a $430k mortgage with a $160k income on a $700K+ family home I would buy the first house that suited us and pay it off in 7 years.
Thanks Matthew for a helpful post :-) we are actively looking and are now considering leeming. Older homes but hold value long term. Not far from kids schools. We are currently in atwell/ Aubin grove area, although it seems to hold value at present there is an abundance of land between Wandi and baldivis which I am sure long term will compete with the growth in the atwell/ Aubin grove area. Not sure

Leeming will do you well. Large blocks, older but not Armadale. I liken it to Duncraig in the north in many ways. $730k will get you plenty of house around Melville Glades Golf Course which will give you easy access to the Roe / Kwinana for schooling.
To me Atwell is incredibly over priced. $540k median is well overs for me in this market.

Matthew, 30 Jan 2016, 09:21 AM Your simplistic view is so flawed it is not worth debating. The current oversupply will be swallowed in 12 months. By the time dumb shits like you realise this prices will already be rising.
This could be the cause of the increasing desperation that's convinced him creating a few concern trolls on a backwater internet forum might actually help swing the market:
HI just paid around 400K for a unit in this suburb, and I'm raking in over 3 Grand a month on average.
Shit, that is a very good return considering that you can rent in Nedlands for less than $800 per week.
Do you want to re-visit your numbers and review your post?
You wouldn't want to look foolish would you?

No but I am sure you have lots of hot showers on your own with a cake of soap!
I take showers and I use soap and get clean.
Without your stinky bits being covered in wanksocks, being clean is easy.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.
