Why?

From the outset Doubleview asked you the simplest of questions and you avoided that very simple question because you knew that your answer would expose you for the fraud that most of us on here already know that you are.

That's your answer why Matey.
What would you do with the information Dimshit? That was my simplest of questions that you wouldn't answer because you couldn't. You didn't know what to do with the information that you asked for.

Dim what is the address of the house that you sold in Warnbro? Just tell me. I don't know what I will do with the information, but tell me anyway. Where did you live? I don't believe you sold a house for $1m so tell me the address. I don't have Landgate access, and I don't know anyone who does, but you give me the address of the house you sold and I will work out what to do with that info later. I mean it is the simplest of information and you know the answer would expose you as a fraud......

The difference is that I declared my bet in advance. And didn't need to do that either. I am not a fraud.

If you could tell me what he would do with the info I would provide it. I remain happy to provide a screenshot of my account but you pre-emptively claimed I would doctor that. There is no way to satisfy your request so why bother trying? I have not backed away a single inch from your claim as Doublesock. I don't need to back away from something that actually happened.

Shiit Matey, I have no idea?

Doubleview asked a very simple question and you avoided it like the plague.

I don't bet on horses very much but I can generally remember on what day I placed my bet.

But instead of answering his question, you ran away for a week hoping the dust would die down and Doubleview would get run over by a bus or something.

But even if Doubleview did get run over by a bus, the rest of us on here can recognise a squirm and a wriggle when we see it and you were squirming and wriggling like a goodun a week ago.

Total fail Matey.

Total fail.

Matthew, 30 Jan 2016, 09:21 AM Your simplistic view is so flawed it is not worth debating. The current oversupply will be swallowed in 12 months. By the time dumb shits like you realise this prices will already be :?: rising.

Finally, an acknowledgement.....

I did not avoid it at all. I placed a condition on the answer. Specifically what would he do with the information.

I know the date I placed the bet. It is in my account.

I went home to my wife and sons. Was nice to be home for a while. Played some golf with the boys, got the garden ready for spring, cleaned the Cray Pots in hope of a Christmas feed, celebrated our wedding anniversary. Then back to work Dim.

and Doubleview would get run over by a bus or something.
I don't want to see a bus hit you Dim. That would damage the bus and could injure the passengers.

I didn't squirm or wriggle an inch. I may have scratched my right nut and spat on the ground while I waited for a blow, but nothing more.

Total fail Matey.
How? Exactly How?

Now I wasn't Loki so I don't know how this sock keyboard sharing thing works exactly, but if I was to guess this is the time you disappear and Sockleview appears to take up your cause right? Don't go yet, I want to have a bit of a kip, go to the factory and come back tomorrow with the popcorn and 3D glasses.
My only hope for my three boys is that they turn out nothing at all like Chris.

Come on Matey. I don't know much about horses and betting but I do know what day of the week it is.

If someone asks me what day is it today, I don't skirt and jump around like a toddler who has just pooed behind the curtains.

I don't run to my room and hide for a week hoping the bad man who asked the question has run away.

I don't walk back into the room as if nothing has happened.

Grow up Matey.

Grow up.

Come on Matey. I don't know much about horses and betting but I do know what day of the week it is.

That isn't the point Dimshit. He asked for information. I asked what he would do with it. My request was no less relevant than his, nor was it less invasive.

You (he) admitted that you (he) didn't know what they (you and he) would do with that information.

I remain happy to disclose it. I just want to know the purpose. My position is unchanged.

I will post on this website when I am away from home at my own discretion. I will not post on this website when I am at home at my own choice. That will not change.

He asked for information.
Matey, he asked you when you placed your bet.

You refused to answer because you knew that your story would crumble if you did.

So you ran away for a week hoping he would get run over by a bus.

And now you are back.

And about to get crumbled.

Run away Matey.

Run away.

Yes you did

No I have not answered because you can still not tell me what you will do with that information. My position is not unreasonable.

No, again I went home from work and spent time with my wife and 3 sons. I will not post here when I am at home by my choice. I will post here when I am away at my discretion. that will not change.

How? Are you about to roll our Doublesock again and smite me?

Run away Matey.
Why would I run away from something I did?

The "poll" was hardly conclusive and 70/30 on 33 votes

However isn't that the problem with "experts" and academics as opposed to the real people living in the real world?

Maybe most of us are smarter than most of them?
70/30 is pretty conclusive, especially given it want divided by APF bull/bear gulf.

ABC, and commercial media were all freaked, suggesting 80% or so believed it would never happen.

Group hugs for APF compulsive posting freaks for being a lot more right than any mainstream media.

Golly thinks internet polls are "conclusive". Explains a lot about why he keeps getting it wrong.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.
