Rastus you need to stop embarrassing yourself on this topic. If the day ever came that a bank foreclosed on an NCCP loan due to a drop in valuation go right ahead and claim a glorious victory. But I think you know this will never happen, it just causes you too much angst to admit The Might Lord Shadow was correct.

Golly on the other hand is too stupid, he really thinks it'll happen. He has no shame in being repeatedly wrong about things, he even wears it like a badge of honour.

It's never embarrassing for me to point out how stupid that blog is.

Simple truth is, the burden of evidence lays at the feet of the person who made the blog, not the people who point out it is 99% unqualified opinion.

Meantime, keep chanting the name in the hope your idol reappears. Sold off the IP's just before the next phase of the boom according to his own posts... oh, unless you are saying he is a liar :D
Shadow - Defrauded his Bank ? 2015 I have 9 different loans and my bank had no idea which ones were personal and which were investment. They had half of them classed incorrectly. When this change came in they asked me to tell them if any personal loans were incorrectly classed as investment, which I did, and they switched them to personal for the lower rate. They also had a couple of investment loans incorrectly classed as personal. They didn't ask me about those. So they stay on the lower rate too. Worked out pretty well. :)
