"PM to announce plans for a ‘great repeal bill’ to enshrine all EU regulations in UK law as soon as Brexit takes effect" etc:

This is not news, just part of the process. All EU laws become British laws. Then they can pick and choose.

Article 50 in march also predictable.

Nothing new here. Still playing her cards close.

Most economists now very quiet after they said a leave vote would collapse the economy, it didn't and things are looking up.

Check out the FTSE 100 long term chart, its looking pretty punchy if you ask me.

It's gone up by about the same amount that the pound has gone down - hardly surprising considering it's largely international companies.

But, I had a share save scheme mature today - so I can't complain. Money for nothing.

I would place a bet that the UK has a new PM this time next year.

In fact - I may place a bet that Corbyn becomes PM

Plans have a way of being postponed, derailed.
Shadow - Defrauded his Bank ? 2015 I have 9 different loans and my bank had no idea which ones were personal and which were investment. They had half of them classed incorrectly. When this change came in they asked me to tell them if any personal loans were incorrectly classed as investment, which I did, and they switched them to personal for the lower rate. They also had a couple of investment loans incorrectly classed as personal. They didn't ask me about those. So they stay on the lower rate too. Worked out pretty well. :)

Shadow : I think this boom has already begun in several cities. My prediction :
Peak of boom: 2014-2015. Sydney Median Price: $1,250,000 Bottom of bust: 2017-2018. Sydney Median Price: $1,100,000

One does not announce a fixed date for something to like 60 million people unless she has some CONCRETE activity in the background.

Brexit is going to be happening and Article 50 will be triggered before the end of March 2017.

Oh well stick the Union Jack for labelling to convince the averages that they "have control".

Perhaps, but when it involves stuff like this, there is going to be some serious chess players.

Newjerk? can you try harder than dig up another person's blog. My first promo was with Billabong and my name in English is modified with a T, am Perth born but also lived in Sydney to make my $$
It's Absolutely Fabulous if it includes brilliant locations, & high calibre tenants..what more does one want? Understand the power of the two "P"" or be financially challenged
Even better when there is family who are property mad and one is born in some entitlements.....Understand that beautiful women are the exhibitionists we crave attention, whilst hot blooded men are the voyeurs ... A stunning woman can command and takes pleasure in being noticed. Seems not too many understand what it means to hold and own props and get threatened by those who do.
Banks are considered to be law abiding and & rather boring places yeah not true . A bank balance sheet will show capital is dwarfed by their liabilities this means when a portions of loans is falling its problems for the bank.

Pound Surges After U.K. Court’s Brexit Ruling
High Court ruled that London couldn't trigger Article 50 without a parliamentary vote.

Brexit may be off. It now has to be voted on by Parliament.

What a mess.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.
