Just my opinion, but the latest boom in lower end property prices seems to be nearing its end. The boards are gone and the bidding wars are over. I think this is just the beginning. Oh dear to think of all those poor real estate agents finding themselves unemployed with no skills. 😂
They better buy some bananas and practice sucking...
Guys this all gets back to supply and demand...

So simple.

Nothing cures high prices like high prices.

So the higher prices go in Sydney actually the better.
Look at port hedland.

From $300,000 to $1m.

Rents from $390 per week to $3,000.

All supply and demand. No magic.

Doesn't say a peak would happen. Says market will transition from moon to soar, which it certainly did. Another win for The Holy Chart. :)

so your claim is that this chart was not ever meant to be used to distinguish a peak on the x-axis, despite the terms 'bull trap', 'fear' and 'capitulation' following the self evident peak as the chart descends from y axis.

Got any more lies ?

Shadow - Defrauded his Bank ? 2015 I have 9 different loans and my bank had no idea which ones were personal and which were investment. They had half of them classed incorrectly. When this change came in they asked me to tell them if any personal loans were incorrectly classed as investment, which I did, and they switched them to personal for the lower rate. They also had a couple of investment loans incorrectly classed as personal. They didn't ask me about those. So they stay on the lower rate too. Worked out pretty well. :)

what are you babbling about now ?

When the same terms are used on other versions of the chart with diff. years on the x axis, it was claimed the 'peak' on the chart predicted the peak in property prices... now, suddenly, you wish to use the y axis terms as some kind of accelerator measurement rather than a simple property value indicator... lol

Best go back and make that claim for the other versions then that showed all of this would happen in 2018 instead of 2013 you buffoon. :lol

edit: you might want to look at the chart again.... "Blow off Phase" from 2013 on wards is labeled at the bottom... do you even know what that term indicates for 2013 on wards ?

The blowoff phase of a bubble tends to be steep, but so short-lived that it affords little opportunity to exit. As prices advance in an uncorrected parabola, the one-sided nature of the speculation typically gives way to a frantic effort of speculators to exit simultaneously.

If you now wish to claim that the y axis of the chart is meaningless, then fine... the chart has never been able to predict anything in the way of prices, nor will it ever.

Your idol must not have known what the words "blow off phase" meant either... what a buffoon he was.

Your chart is, indeed, less useful than toilet paper.
