In a 100m sprint, I am on 99.5m and 10m in front of you.
In your mind you are Dim. And I guess that is all that matters to you - that you think you are in front.
My only hope for my three boys is that they turn out nothing at all like Chris.

Matthew, 30 Jan 2016, 09:21 AM Your simplistic view is so flawed it is not worth debating. The current oversupply will be swallowed in 12 months. By the time dumb shits like you realise this prices will already be :?: rising.

Stock on market continues it trend down, below levels of last year and it keeps falling. What is more interesting is we are now into spring and we should have had a large spike in listings in the lead up to spring as people begin to try and sell/buy prior to Christmas. Stock is normally increasing this time of year even in a tight market, however it continues to decline.

Rental stock is also declining, with falls recorded. This is on the back on continued strong weekly rental figures.

Perth continues to see falls in both stock for sale and rental stock.

Yes Mikey. Perth was going to see 5% gains in the 2014 summer "selling season", Gold would be $900 USD an ounce when the FED started their incremental rate hikes.

Port Coogee was going to The Moon.

Fcwit.

Mikey is the most laughable poster on here.

There are a couple of really funny threads based around his comical interpretation of numbers, basic maths.

He is a well established forum laughing stock who ran away on the back of a tale of woe claiming that "there is more to life" etc.

Similar to you Matey.

Very similar.

Creepy.

Not sure I agree entirely. Uncle Matty is applying math to the best of his ability, which is something that should be admired.

But what if his ability is prejudiced by his predisposition?

And, bull and bear shit aside, you are a total cockhead.

Get a blow job or something. Grow up. It worries me that I live on the same plot of land that you live on.

One of the least terrifying things is torrents of abuse (ignore the pun) delivered via data bits. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and suggest you're taking the pis out of Uncle Matty's rude boy stance, but if you're for real, let's arrange a duel some day. Marbles or jet ski race?

It's going to be super entertaining when the penny drops that you can't buy back in at a profit.

No doubt you'll use a bit of the patented Mystic Jim Magic.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.

Forum Rules: The main forum may be used to discuss property, politics, economics and finance, precious metals, crypto currency, debt management, generational divides, climate change, sustainability, alternative energy, environmental topics, human rights or social justice issues, and other topics on a case by case basis. Topics unsuitable for the main forum may be discussed in the lounge.
