Freudian slip? Agribusiness is apparently doing quite well also, and improves off the back of a lower dollar.
Yeah that was funny. Agribusiness is good, even though we're way behind the eight ball in dairy.

It doesn't get much air time among the hipsters, no doubt they will furiously groom their beards at the prospect of the return of the CUB's

When it gets back to $100 you'll resurrect the Timmy or Pig Iron accounts and bury Trollie?

Well Roddy, it only gets air time among the puppets when the puppeteer is frantically looking for something to lock on to. Personally, I hope it goes nuts.

I've no complaints.
Whenever you have an argument with someone, there comes a moment where you must ask yourself, whatever your political persuasion, 'am I the Nazi?'

And you'll start scratching around in the dust rejoicing how the trickle down effect will send your house prices to the moon :wak:

It is, indeed, having a very good run.
Shadow - Defrauded his Bank ? 2015 I have 9 different loans and my bank had no idea which ones were personal and which were investment. They had half of them classed incorrectly. When this change came in they asked me to tell them if any personal loans were incorrectly classed as investment, which I did, and they switched them to personal for the lower rate. They also had a couple of investment loans incorrectly classed as personal. They didn't ask me about those. So they stay on the lower rate too. Worked out pretty well. :)

What tax increases are you being slugged with?

Sounds like you need to pack up and go live somewhere that treats your whinging with the respect it deserves. Might I suggest North Korea?

I suspect he never had a job in the first place. Those who live above the normal man need no source of income, just NBN and a keyboard and it is warriors away.
Nice response. I actually agree with him. The government gave the big mining companies a free pass when it came to collecting tax. Australia's cost of living is getting beyond a joke. Glad I don't work for qantas

Futures aren't looking too bad. Interesting to see what happens after the US election.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.

Forum Rules: The main forum may be used to discuss property, politics, economics and finance, precious metals, crypto currency, debt management, generational divides, climate change, sustainability, alternative energy, environmental topics, human rights or social justice issues, and other topics on a case by case basis.
