You attempting to nit pick is just a boring attempt to imitate me. It's little wonder you are doing a crap job at it.
That statement, Lil' Troll is the ideal example of an own goal :lol

Anyone who attempts to imitate you is, if they are any good, going to do a crap job.

The fifth iron ore mine is coming online.
Iron or will now continue to drop.
But Foxbat did tell everyone that would listen.
So good to see you all playing catchup.
Peter
And here is the fifth element.

But oh no, don't listen 👂.

Next move is out, Foxbat says post it after I get my position set.

Definition of a doom and gloomer from 1993
The last camp is made up of the doom-and-gloomers. Their slogan is "it's the end of the world as we know it". Right now they are convinced that debt is the evil responsible for all our economic woes and must be eliminated at all cost. Many doom-and-gloomers believe that unprecedented debt levels mean that we are on the precipice of a worse crisis than the Great Depression. The doom-and-gloomers hang on the latest series of negative economic data.

$60.36 today.

Analysts are still in denial. You'd think those guys would see this coming with all the confidence they make their claims with.

$29.99, get it right if you are going to try to nit pick

You're just furious I called you on your terrible posts riddled with errors.

It's had the desired effect though, you've cleaned up your act. Good boy!

wow, you are 100% idiot eh ?

I was quoting you with the $29 lecture that I pointed out was wrong, and you have decided to try to correct me on your own mistake :re:

I am not furious at all, just enjoy watching you make a clown of yourself trying to lecture others..

As for desired effect... before you pat yourself on the back for all the wrong reasons... let me spell it out for you yet again... when I use the tablet, I have issues.. when I use a keyboard, I don't.

They would be the same analysts that did not predict the crash ? or that predicted the crash would reverse itself over the last few years ?

Shadow - Defrauded his Bank ? 2015 I have 9 different loans and my bank had no idea which ones were personal and which were investment. They had half of them classed incorrectly. When this change came in they asked me to tell them if any personal loans were incorrectly classed as investment, which I did, and they switched them to personal for the lower rate. They also had a couple of investment loans incorrectly classed as personal. They didn't ask me about those. So they stay on the lower rate too. Worked out pretty well. :)

I am 100% Iron ore financially reliant.

Have I ?
Perhaps you can show me that post where I used those exact words, or are you simply being the pathetic troll you usually are ?

Perhaps it was the same thread where you admitted to pounding your poor penis until it became the mashed mess it is today.

Fixed your post for you.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.

Forum Rules: The main forum may be used to discuss property, politics, economics and finance, precious metals, crypto currency, debt management, generational divides, climate change, sustainability, alternative energy, environmental topics, human rights or social justice issues, and other topics on a case by case basis. Topics unsuitable for the main forum may be discussed in the lounge.
