You protest too much, up to your neck in gold bought at the peak no doubt
I don't care about io prices. It's just fun to speculate and watch the bears have melt downs over it.

Lol, as I thought... lob a few shit grenades and scurry back under your bridge... all the time knowing your entrenchment in Iron Ore is real, while my gold investment is minor...

All mouth, no guts, eh shopping trolley.
Shadow - Defrauded his Bank ? 2015 I have 9 different loans and my bank had no idea which ones were personal and which were investment. They had half of them classed incorrectly. When this change came in they asked me to tell them if any personal loans were incorrectly classed as investment, which I did, and they switched them to personal for the lower rate. They also had a couple of investment loans incorrectly classed as personal. They didn't ask me about those. So they stay on the lower rate too. Worked out pretty well. :)

Your ongoing use of images of prepubescent children is a disgrace. Pull your head in Socki.
I thought it was quite funny, imaginative.

Any deviant thoughts derived from the image can be placed squarely at your feet you freak.

Your sock Socki has repetitively uses images of prepubescent girls in posts and accused Herbie of being a child beating paedophile.

I am not the deviant, you are Socki.
My only hope for my three boys is that they turn out nothing at all like Chris.

I'm not going anywhere, even though you'd certainly like me to.

I'll continue to point out the facts and you'll continue to have a coronary over every fluctuation.

You are a lost cause Loki.

I cannot believe you have fallen for the doomsayers who are calling for deflation on the scale of the great recession. Their arguement is fundamentally flawed. It is like expecting a river to flood after years of drought.

The reason you hang onto this silliness is that you cannot give up the dream of house price deflation just for you to get a bargain house in the lower North shore.

You are not stupid, like Simon, who thinks any article with any tiny bit of bad news is a sign that a new great depression is on our doorsteps. Why do you hang onto this nonsense?
Loki you are hopelessly found and not easily missled and decieved by the Retarded and old decrepit wind bag who endlessly spouts BS and and runs away when confronted with facts. Good for you for not buying into the Retarded Narrative of those who want to send you into the nearest gutter of ruin and destruction.

Remember there is a reason interest rates are at record lows asset prices at record highs and debt levels the highest on record.

Some how Interest Rates will climb and Asset values will Rise and Debt levels will fall......... Welcome to the fairy tale world of old and senile wind bags....

Yes Loki any article from the IMF,OECD,BIS,World Bank and other reputable organizations is less important than some old wind bag retards opinion on a property forum......They are warning of something to come that vested interests refuse to see.

It would make more sense for you to proof read your work, something a 4th grader can master.

Rebar prices have gone parabolic.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.

Forum Rules: The main forum may be used to discuss property, politics, economics and finance, precious metals, crypto currency, debt management, generational divides, climate change, sustainability, alternative energy, environmental topics, human rights or social justice issues, and other topics on a case by case basis.
