I think you should avoid posting under the influence of drugs and / or alcohol.
Your blogging retort strategy is really quite simple.

On your own page, press delete.

On here, call them a drunken, lying, fucktard, sexist, racist <unt .

Or any combination of the above.

Well played Gary.

Lose on the gee gees did you? Again!!

Matthew, 30 Jan 2016, 09:21 AM Your simplistic view is so flawed it is not worth debating. The current oversupply will be swallowed in 12 months. By the time dumb shits like you realise this prices will already be :?: rising.

Gary. Love it. Call me Skammy please. And don't forget Blondie is my wife. We have 4,500 kids all of who will one day become our "socks". While you are at it please also call me dogman. Oh and I would be honoured to be called one of Shadows socks.

You are a clueless liar aren't you Dimbo?
My only hope for my three boys is that they turn out nothing at all like Chris.

Nope.
Your penchant for compulsive lying established you don't think you are clueless? How cute.

We can add delusional as well to the list.

I agree. Profit taking should always be done in a rising/peaking market.

But if the market is falling, do you sell the place you bought for $200k in 1996 for $600k today or do you wait until next year and sell it for $400k?

That is the 200,000 dollar question.
The market is not falling it is stagnant - people will not sell their good homes on the cheap - sometimes I really really do not understand why you bear believe such a thing.

Unemployment is not high enough, growth is 3.5% for heavens sakes. Where on earth you get this idea that there will be a huge crash from I do not understand.

People have low confidence and the economy is in transition after the massive investment. The world economy has also slowed but we know this will recover there is so much work coming down the track in Asia and Europe. When the Baltic Index picks up WA will make a motza.

It is not a crash ya silly - it is a few less homes sold than last year - Christmas is always slow.

I think your crash is disappearing before your very eyes Peter.

Definition of a doom and gloomer from 1993
The last camp is made up of the doom-and-gloomers. Their slogan is "it's the end of the world as we know it". Right now they are convinced that debt is the evil responsible for all our economic woes and must be eliminated at all cost. Many doom-and-gloomers believe that unprecedented debt levels mean that we are on the precipice of a worse crisis than the Great Depression. The doom-and-gloomers hang on the latest series of negative economic data.

Oh, your prediction was for prices to crash not sales.

Perth house prices up over 1% so far in December.

Perth house prices today are higher than they were 3 months ago!

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.

Forum Rules: The main forum may be used to discuss property, politics, economics and finance, precious metals, crypto currency, debt management, generational divides, climate change, sustainability, alternative energy, environmental topics, human rights or social justice issues, and other topics on a case by case basis.
