90% of rentals in depotHill average $250 or so yet fwanks seem to be in the top percentile, even though they regularly flood.
What a load of shit you sprout fwanki :lol

They regularly flood like you regularly get a root
Once every 5 to 10 years

They regularly get water in the living areas as regularly as you get an actual yield on your gold - Never

Worked well for the people who owned in New Farm, Kangaroo pt , Bulimba etc.
All close to the CBD - All flood - All were lower socio economic suburbs in the day.

Not any more.

And really, what do I care what you or the Forum Fucktard thinks - the numbers speak for themselves

Old Qlders that were $70 to 100k buy in used to have $120/week rents
Now unencumbered with $280 to $300/week rents

Clearly you do care Frank.

Otherwise you wouldn't keep coming onto the interweb pretending to be doing so well.

A root fwank? I think the last time I heard that word used in that context was at a roadhouse south of Logan. Two pimply faced teenage boys with baseball caps on (Backwards of course) were referring to their chances of finding satisfaction that evening as they refueled their overly modified holden commodore.

It takes two bogans to fill a commodore it seems, one to fuel the car and one to stand there pretending he owns it too.

Signs of Gentrification
Just like what happened in the shitty inner city Brisbane suburbs that have now become the most expensive and most sought after
Not expecting Depot Hill to be the most sought after or most expensive but there are very obvious indications that there is money being spent in the are both in housing and infrastructure.

$545,000 and a definite flooder.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.

Forum Rules: The main forum may be used to discuss property, politics, economics and finance, precious metals, crypto currency, debt management, generational divides, climate change, sustainability, alternative energy, environmental topics, human rights or social justice issues, and other topics on a case by case basis. Topics unsuitable for the main forum may be discussed in the lounge. The Advertising and Promotion Subforum may be used to promote your Australian property related business or service. Active members of the forum who contribute regularly to main forum discussions may also include a link to their product or service in their signature block.
