We have been through this before. It is a bullshit job that is nothing but a parasite sucking on the milky tits of the finance industry. You can put lipstick on that pig by listing your bullshit credentials and yet, it remains a pig. I have never heard any child say they want to be a mortgage broker when they grow up, far from it, I think they would see that as punishment.
As proven recently, you often get things wrong, like your claim that in Germany people had to sell their PPOR to get a Universal pension...Doh!
And all your ethics training makes you a master troll on this forum with the abuse and comments you throw out as if you have no qualifications or ethics at all...amazing... I have not done any ethics course, so I feel quite happy throwing shit back when thrown at me.
lol... they even call it a 'profession'...delusion. "How to become a mortgage broker? The entry level requirement to become mortgage broker is lenient compared to any other profession that offers parallel rewards." http://www.become-a-mortgage-broker.com.au/become-a-mortgage-broker/
The biggest rise of the ordinary working man out of entrenched poverty came from the increased availability of finance to purchase their own homes.
You come across as a typical spoiled rich kid pretend socialist--you really have no idea what benefits who and you don't care as long as your own agenda of wishing ill on others is fed.
There is plenty wrong with the banking system but there is more wrong with doom hustlers like yourself spreading the misinformation that a return to the depression times of the 30s would somehow benefit the working man.
Definition of a doom and gloomer from 1993 The last camp is made up of the doom-and-gloomers. Their slogan is "it's the end of the world as we know it". Right now they are convinced that debt is the evil responsible for all our economic woes and must be eliminated at all cost. Many doom-and-gloomers believe that unprecedented debt levels mean that we are on the precipice of a worse crisis than the Great Depression. The doom-and-gloomers hang on the latest series of negative economic data.
Actually experienced brokers will certainly pass on deals where they suspect there are ethical issues. If they get caught knowingly lodging fraudulent deals they will lose their licence and banks will stop paying trailing commissions. Anyone with a Police record can't work in this industry, understandably so.
You and Terry are just airing your lack of understanding of commercial realities for all to see. I suggest that you think before posting next time.
There is nothing "unethical" about brokering mortgages or peddling debt. Commercial reality is not your concern. Dealing with criminal parties is also not "unethical", unless you're party to money laundering or false declarations. I'm very well aware of this and probably much more than you as I suspect you're mainly hunting creatures of suburbia.
Peter are you seriously not able to get a yield outta those bargains you bought in the Margaret River , we are doing fine after all costs on our little Perth properties despite taking a rent haircut on one of them.
Did you miss a load of problems and necessary repairs or something?

What exactly were those corporations back in the good old Anglo Saxon days? The days of the Anglo Saxons finished in 1066 ya silly duffer.
Well I wouldn't expect you to be familiar with the Anglo-Saxon economic model and its power over monetarism. You are simply a sock and a channel for the puppet master, therefore there is no expectation that these broadly understood terms are not seeded in the puppet masters' mind.

Actually, if you're in the ticket clipping game, it's best not to think too much about future outcomes. Your energy should be focused on customer care and closing the sale. I've always had a healthy respect for the Electrolux model and believe their top performers can be valuable across multiple industries.
Precicely, look at all the profits generated by selling lowdoc loan tranches, some real smart cookies made a killing there and then moved on. That sort of talent is never wasted.
