If mike was such an economic master mind he would have made money out of that prediction. He has never stated anywhere that he has. Probably because he makes the 'prediction' after its bleediingly obvious and there is no money to be made.
All the Perth bulls told me to sell in the UK and buy in Perth. I am looking at 40% increase in property in the Brighton area compared to zilch in Perth, and 30% increase in the value of the pound over the aud. Me and people like hoofarted have made an absolute killing despite the crap 'advice' from the bulls on this forum.
Quite unbelievable.
Well at least mike changes his tune after he is obviously wrong. Some Perth bulls don't even do that.
Whenever you have an argument with someone, there comes a moment where you must ask yourself, whatever your political persuasion, 'am I the Nazi?'

It's a bit like you! Whenever you get excited about a stock market fall and start getting excited about doomsday and so on, it seems to always be the absolute bottom of any current sell-down, and a great time to go long! In fact, I think you did it again today with the ASX! http://australianpropertyforum.com/single/?p=8578842&t=10358904 - You even timed it to the minute!
Ahhhh, looks like I have gotton under skin at last sydneyblight. Good good. See you on the next thread.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.
