Domain are now so vested it is borderline deception, Shadow are you a doctor?
Mmmm, why would the Doc want to be the most active poster on a pub forum that is only getting half the traffic of MB? My inside data shows APF at approx 133K, compared to MB at 270K for the last 30 days. The number of visits differs from visitors and visits includes multiple visits from the same individual.

Nah just kidding around, the just seem to come from the same gene pool.
It is pretty absurd that anyone would suggest pure FHB'ers (meaning no assistance from family and not an investor also) are attending auctions and outbidding investors in markets like Sydney and Melbourne. It is even more absurd it is written in a national paper with no basis of fact just anecdotal evidence from an extremely vested interest who has spent years in the MSM pushing the propaganda unabated with literally no counter arguement or opposing view offered.

It's not "inside data." A simple application of Google Analytics would be enough. Some of the more dodgy stuff going on is from brands or agencies who purchase fans for their social media efforts from panels in Russia. It makes their ROI look particularly good but comes out in the wash through incremental sales and through no noticeable changes in brand equity tracking.

GA only tracks the owners website. Nope, my methods and contacts are definitely inside data.
I couldn't believe the herd of bidders in that second picture Chris. Is that what they are breeding in Melbourne these days? It looks like a pack of weddell seals, all that's missing is the ice around them.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.
