More Jobs. Strong Economy. Infrastructure Spending. The recipe for Sydney’s real estate surge.; It would have happened if the RBA hadn’t been cutting interest rates

So what you're really saying, is that you have such a poor savings and investment habit that you can't scrape together a deposit, so have to make up bullshit to justify your financial inadequacies.
Yes, that is what I was saying Well done, can't get anything past you can I?

You hear that whooshing sound?

Of course many of us rent things, I rent photocopiers as I can't see the purchase price of $28,000 each being worth the cost of a 5 year lease which include maintenance. And so on with cars in other states, holiday homes, phone systems, even my computer program is rented. But that is a business strategy nothing to do with the joy and security of owning your own home.
And that's when I said to the Vicar "You should see my other car!".

They are not always correlated.
They are not correlated. There is no "always" in correlated. Correlation is a measure of which "always" would be a value of 1.

But look at those jobs requiring higher intelligence and note the correlations in wealth from lawyers, doctors, businessman and even the clever tradies, compared to those that have lesser ability.
You will find there is no correlation. It is counter intuitive, but there it is. Very smart people do dumb things all the time, and very dumb people get wealthy by accident more often than you think. Even whole nations of stupid people become wealthy as the rising tide floats all boats.

Of course for every example there are a hand full of anomalies. But in a general context it takes more intelligence to buy an appropriate property (especially in today's scary Sydney market) than to say a blanket I'm not buying anything.
In most contexts, I don't talk to blankets, but if that is your thing, I say embrace it.

Is this you speaking about your theory on the evils of economc rent here?
The NSW economy is booming because of all the investor led borrowing for housing. Terry is confusing cause and effect. He's an idiot.
Infrastructure spending is a drag on the economy anyway, as it consumes far more than it gives back in wages. NSW is probably the best state in the country as far as beautiful beaches and hinterland goes but it's marred by the high taxes and the high prices of government services. And of course by the festering sore of greater Sydney. 1970 was a good time to be in sydney, 2015 is a good time to avoid it.

Greed, jealousy and utter stupidity is the mindset of the bears on this thread.
I think that the OP has a point that many in Castle Hill will agree to, as it reflects what we can see around us. It also solves the problem of why aren't the other capitals booming?
With a moniker like yours we can tell you are a Bogan, and therefore can forgive you for thinking Castle Hill is a capital.
WHAT WOULD EDDIE DO? MAAAATE! Share a cot with Milton?

Never said I wasn't a Bogan. I love cars and beer and footy and rock concerts (and ballet and opera and fine dining)
But you will find that my comments never say that Castle Hill is a capital. Though it is a suburb of Sydney, which is a state capital.
But why would you bother being right or adding a cohesive argument, when you can post useless shit and wallow in it.
No wonder your EX BP
BTW I own a fair slice in the Hills Community and have a home in one of its nicer areas.
So I know there are a lot more bogans in Castle Hill than you would believe, also home of the American Car Day and many other car events. Hills residents require a car as there is so little public transport.
You cant drive a house, BUT you can always sleep in a car!
