All he has said is he thinks Perth will drop a bit. In the light of the current economic climate, that's not rocket science.
I have said prices will fall 5% - 10% in Perth and yet you think I am bullish on the market.
In the current economic climate that is certainly not rocket science. But 10% is not a big enough fall for a bear. Needs to be spectacular. At least 40%. At least 20% for Jimbo just so he can break even on his speculative sell the house and go renting till they are cheaper play.
That is why he is so emotional about this. Has to happen or he looks like a fuckwit to his family (he already looks like a fuckwit to everybody else)
My only hope for my three boys is that they turn out nothing at all like Chris.
I have said prices will fall 5% - 10% in Perth and yet you think I am bullish on the market.
Yes Gary, because if you went full on bull like Skamy and the Mike of old, you would look more of a twat than you actually are (if that were possible).
So you are playing the old "now is a good time to buy" game.
Typical RE industry spruiker talk whenever things look dodgy.
"Look how much I have made. It doesn't matter if prices fall 10%, I have it covered, look how great my life is. You too can have it all just like me."
Matthew, 30 Jan 2016, 09:21 AM Your simplistic view is so flawed it is not worth debating. The current oversupply will be swallowed in 12 months. By the time dumb shits like you realise this prices will already be rising.

Jimbo you poor simple fool, calling me Gary shows you are as retarded as you were when you accused me of being Skamy within 4 posts because she is a catholic and I have a Christian name. Remember that shit? You have no actual point to make so you play smoke and mirrors for retards.
Now is not the time to buy, prices will fall a bit from here. The time to buy if you want to get near to the bottom of the market will be around February / March 2017. But prices will not fall more than 10% before then. So if you want to start paying your mortgage instead of renting, sure buy now.
But here deadest fuckwit is why your call of a 25% crash by November 2014 (remember that one dipshit - it caused you to sell your own house and go renting to be out at the top and in at the bottom) will never happen.
1) Unemployment will not be 10% 2) Wages continue to rise 3) The population continues to rise 4) Interest rates will remain low 5) The majority of mortgage holders have suffered 9%+ interest rates in recent years on lower household incomes - the stress test has been applied and passed
Here is why they will fall 5% - 10%:
1) Listings favour a falling market 2) Unemployment is rising 3) Population growth is slowing
You are emotional because a crashing market ends our story with "And Jimbo lived happily ever after"
Me? Not selling, not buying, manageable debt, high net worth. That is why I don't give a fuck.
Clearly you needed to take the risk Jimbo - you only owned your house and a bit of super. Now you own a bit of super and a bit of gold. Your house money is now your rent money and its value declines each rent day.
But yes you are far smarter than the rest of us. That is why you post here more than anybody else. You need to educate all of us people who have actually achieved more than you. We need your wisdom. Right?
Go fuck yourself. You are a fucking idiot.
My only hope for my three boys is that they turn out nothing at all like Chris.

Jimbo went through a phase of accusing me of not being from Brisbane and actually posting on here from a UK base. Why you would want to do this escapes me but is besides the point. He concluded this by analyzing the timing of my postings, seriously he did, just ask him if you don't believe me

As I said I was Skamy within an hour. I hear people who regularly abuse drugs have an inflated sense of self importance, are deluded and suffer anxiety and persecution complex. Seems to sum Jimbo up pretty well.
It is also funny that in his first 100 posts he was continually denying being "Goldbug" yet rushes to accuse others of the exact thing he hated himself.
As I have said I am happy to just post as me. He possibly does not understand that because he has a drawer full of characters he trots out to support himself. To be perfectly honest I couldn't give a fuck about him, but I do quite enjoy picking apart his lies and stories.
My only hope for my three boys is that they turn out nothing at all like Chris.

That is why you have been running your blog since 2012.
So obsessed with what people were saying on PN, that you had to continue your arguments on your own blog.
You had control there didn't you Matty.
Deleted anything that you didn't agree with.
All you can do on here is tell people to go and fukc themsleves and call them liars and morons.
It must drive you crackers, being a control freak and not having the delete feature.
There is a blogosphere of people out there who laugh their nuts off at your fantasy life and your bullshit.
You're a dead set, died in the wool, nutjob.

Want to know why I keep that blog going Jimbo? Because it pisses off the other guy. Just look at him - I have not allowed a comment from him on there for over a year, but he still pops up every second day trying to have his piece heard even for just a few minutes before it gets deleted. This guy not only wrote a shit blog, but used Perthnow to direct people to his site where he essentially bullied kids and told everybody that might listen that buying property was for idiots. As I said, it amuses me.
Kind of like you Jimbo. It just amuses me to pick apart your stories and watch you try to justify them.
Like your spreadsheet.
Or the time that you said your business has no creditors.
Your story that you needed to be mobile in case you have to move for work, yet you are a major shareholder in a company that has a balance sheet stronger than Hancock Prospecting (according to you).
You used Frequent Flyer points for lounge access, hang on suddenly your staff flying got you lounge access, no sorry it was the silver card, oops I am lifetime gold all in one bumbling afternoon.
You are a sham son.
I don't have a fantasy life Jimbo. I work hard, and I don't sell things, I just buy them. Still own my first and second homes. Don't sell shares. Don't buy speculative shares. Pay my debt down as fast as I can and look forward to a very comfortable retirement.
No stress, no pressure Jimbo.
You on the other hand. Well the only logical reason a person would sell their house to invest in currency at your age Jimbo is that right now you don't have enough assets to retire. As I said you could have made the exact same play without moving from your prior residence, conducted the exact same investments and currently had all of your profit in the bank, not dwindling it on a weekly basis.
And because you had to do that I doubt the rest of the story. I doubt you are a major shareholder of your company, or any company. I think you are at best a senior store person or first class welder with dreams of relevance and delusions of grandeur.
And that is quite sad. Not as sad as living in Warnbro. but yes still sad.
Now get all angry, fly off the handle and call me Gary again. Shows that you have no actual point to make but want the last word.

Marty - you are the biggest bullshit artist. You write the longest posts and dribble. I am too old for your crap as I can see through you. You are in Sales and you are very fearful.
This is a blog, anyone can make shit up.
Btw - I have increased my portfolio a billion dollars since June so you all should listen to me. Otherwise go back to where you come from.
