I just want my information removed from this site, including any use of my full name.
Thats all... not a huge ask I would've thought.
It seems like a very reasonable request in my opinion, however, you landed in a troll nest, so perhaps just try and get the article removed?

Why do you assume there is an ABN attached to this site? It's an American domain, hosted on an American server, you'll have to take it up with the American legal system, and they have a 'fair use' clause in their copyright laws, unlike Australia.
I do not think that would hold any water, since it is called australianpropertyforum and is clearly an AU site, regardless of hosing or domain name.
You registered using the name "Paddy Taskunas" but you want any reference to "Patrick Taskunas" to be deleted.
You Sir, are a moron.
Where the hell is that like button?
Matthew, 30 Jan 2016, 09:21 AM Your simplistic view is so flawed it is not worth debating. The current oversupply will be swallowed in 12 months. By the time dumb shits like you realise this prices will already be rising.
There's varied methods in property investing that is suitable according to ones individual circumstances.
It's easy for those who do NOT know the reality of sucessful investing to judge &assume.
Understand what land value means, don't just read books, but also speak with people who have experienced sucesses in PI, listen to them because they can be invaluable sources of info.
Never be afraid to ask the why stuff.
Don't be sensitive & get angry to idiots on the Internet. (I am still learning this), don't rely on net for info but there exists some a snip of useful realistic posters.
All the best in not desiring to be just "Average".
Newjerk? can you try harder than dig up another person's blog. My first promo was with Billabong and my name in English is modified with a T, am Perth born but also lived in Sydney to make my $$ It's Absolutely Fabulous if it includes brilliant locations, & high calibre tenants..what more does one want? Understand the power of the two "P"" or be financially challenged Even better when there is family who are property mad and one is born in some entitlements.....Understand that beautiful women are the exhibitionists we crave attention, whilst hot blooded men are the voyeurs ... A stunning woman can command and takes pleasure in being noticed. Seems not too many understand what it means to hold and own props and get threatened by those who do. Banks are considered to be law abiding and & rather boring places yeah not true . A bank balance sheet will show capital is dwarfed by their liabilities this means when a portions of loans is falling its problems for the bank.

I appreciate all of this!
And this is what I'm looking for, a forum where people offer advice and help. Not just cut people down and post slanderous comments about a person, for everyone (family, potential employers etc) to see!

You mean libellous. Slander refers to the spoken work. Which comments specifically do you believe were defamatory?
Most comments on this topic aren't appreciated and are not of a positive nature.
What's your interest?
I'm afraid the burdon of proof was on your shoulders when you published the article. We all love the dream of building a property portfolio whilst stacking shelves in Woolworths. But for those of us who are invested in property know the reality. You have failed to add any substance other than some obscure refererence to a paper round. Going overboard in debt in a bull market can work, but you are 22, and when was the last bull market in tasie?
If you set yourself up as a clown, don't be surprised when people laugh at you.
If you start to cry when a few bulls and bears take the mick on an obscure forum, imagine what will happen when you start losing money? Man up princess. Maybe you haven't the balls for business.
I'm sure you and your sister are very nice people. You appear to have bee n abused by an industry that is obviously using you to kick start fhb's, with an 'if these idiots can do it, everyone can article'. Just be careful is all I want to say.
