Skamy came off my ignore list. Not sure how, but sometimes the touch screen is less than accurate on this site. It could be fate. Maybe she has something interesting to say?
The blonde slag is the only one I have on ignore now. Maybe we should have a roll call.
Or maybe not.
Whenever you have an argument with someone, there comes a moment where you must ask yourself, whatever your political persuasion, 'am I the Nazi?'
You have the audacity to call me a slag? Actually I'm very choosy most times. Can you be a good arsehole now & go back to the English Rose that is the true boss...not you .
Lol. Can you explain exactly why you had to leave oz? You've promoted yourself so much that your identity is compromised
Oh & make up your mind who you really have on ignore.
You really do have some "friends "in Perth.
Don't you realize it's a small small world ?When one requires chemo treatment one better hope their veins are not shot.
Otherwise a central vein access is required .
Have you still got decent veins Jermy? Better not flinch when the tourniquet tightens up..
You may need them again, better keep up the stiff upper lip.
Newjerk? can you try harder than dig up another person's blog. My first promo was with Billabong and my name in English is modified with a T, am Perth born but also lived in Sydney to make my $$ It's Absolutely Fabulous if it includes brilliant locations, & high calibre tenants..what more does one want? The Real Estate Institute of WA (REIWA) figures showed there has been a 50 per cent increase in the number of properties for rent in the past 12 months, jumping from just under 4,000 to almost 6, 000.
The number of homes available for rent has now jumped 135 per cent since 2013.
It is a far cry from the boom times of a few years earlier when groups of up to 50 people would inspect a home for rent with many offering more than the asking price to secure the property.
The number of homes for sale has increased 20 per cent in the past 12 months, from 8,650 to more than 10,350.
At the same time, the number of homes selling has fallen by 15 per cent and are now 5 per cent below their 15 year average.
Property acquisition as a topic was almost a national obsession. You couldn't even call it speculation as the buyers all presumed the price of property could only go up. That’s why we use the word obsession. Ordinary people were buying properties for their young children who had not even left school assuming they would not be able to afford property of their own when they left college- Klaus Regling on Ireland. Sound familiar?
The evidence of nearly 40 cycles in house prices for 17 OECD economies since 1970 shows that real house prices typically give up about 70 per cent of their rise in the subsequent fall, and that these falls occur slowly. Morgan Kelly:On the Likely Extent of Falls in Irish House Prices, 2007
Sales listings are up 3% in the last five days for greater Perth.
Plus, I just had an agent phone me to ask if I was interested in placing an offer on a property I looked at on Tuesday. Never had that before in my life. That is weird.

David... It is the collapse in FHB's that is saving the median.
Also note no mention of the BS land price data the bulls keep trotting out.
The median is based on sold prices. If nobody bought a house for a year, the median would stay unchanged.
Don't look at what has sold if you want to find out what the market is doing. Look at the stuff on the market. Perth is tanking.
Matthew, 30 Jan 2016, 09:21 AM Your simplistic view is so flawed it is not worth debating. The current oversupply will be swallowed in 12 months. By the time dumb shits like you realise this prices will already be rising.
Pretty sure David Airey was the one saying the average house price will hit $500k in 2014 (back in Feb I think), and now he's saying he saw it coming 18 months ago - why did he say he thought it would still rise?
Also, as is often stated on this board, it's in everyone's interests to keep property up (everyone being the Big 4 Banks and the Government) - what can they do to stop it?
Well done. You must have been sober to know, or, spell audacity. It's rather rare!
Blondie, PM if you want some help with your English.
Dear slag (obviously not you zaph), I only see your quotes when people quote them. I wish they wouldn't.
I doubt many people in Perth remember me, it's over 15 years since I lived there, although I visit often. Care to drop names? If anyone bothers to quote you I may see them?
I left because I went on an extended holiday and never bothered to come back. Perth is nice but it's not all that.
If you'd done your research you'd know the last time I had chemo was five years ago, so my veins are nice and plump, but thanks for your concern. It always amazes me that you think I'd be phased about cancer. I've had I for nine years, and I can wax lyrical about cancer for hours. When your cervical finally catches up with you, pm me and I'll give you some survival tips. I'm what's commonly known as a cancer bore. It would be my mastermind subject.you do lose interest a bit the further you get into remission though. I probably need to check up on the latest news.
I doubt anyone's checked up on you, because to be honest, you're rather dull and best ignored.

I don't need assistance from a troll.

I really don't give a poo about you.
You live on this forum 24/7
You do sometimes state some sensible input but your financial reality is not enough to help each of your 3 have a home of their own before they reach adulthood.
