you will watch it all the way down i'm sure, like a cat watching a laser pointer.
Sure will timmy. When you guys wake to the bigger picture as you now have with irone ore, jobs collapsing ,buisinesses closing and rents tanking, you will see prices will follow suit. While rents have been tanking for two years timmy and will just keep going . The real hammer blow is coming mid next year , when a record amount of property floods the market. This is also looking like when we will see constructions jobs peak and then start declining. These two things will be happening in what looks like nearly all capital cities.

Soon rents will be cheaper than ten years ago timmy, just ask stinky.

You cant see a slight problem here timmy ? Let alone a MAJOR one.

Watch the crime rate rise as all these unemployed timmies build up. I would saynyou very clearly get it now, .. we knew you would understand eventually. But yet here you are now pretending otherwise. Comedy central 8-)

You do know there is nothing left to sustain and support WA or Perth..Just returning to the same old desert outpost it always was.

Please see a doctor immediately, you are batshit crazy.

And he won't take gold as payment, better run off down to the local gold swindler so he can take another cut of your wealth to convert it into actual money.

Lol
Shoosh
You are supposed to be Timmy...
Newjerk? can you try harder than dig up another person's blog. My first promo was with Billabong and my name in English is modified with a T, am Perth born but also lived in Sydney to make my $$
It's Absolutely Fabulous if it includes brilliant locations, & high calibre tenants..what more does one want? Understand the power of the two "P"" or be financially challenged
Even better when there is family who are property mad and one is born in some entitlements.....Understand that beautiful women are the exhibitionists we crave attention, whilst hot blooded men are the voyeurs ... A stunning woman can command and takes pleasure in being noticed. Seems not too many understand what it means to hold and own props and get threatened by those who do.
Banks are considered to be law abiding and & rather boring places yeah not true . A bank balance sheet will show capital is dwarfed by their liabilities this means when a portions of loans is falling its problems for the bank.

Probably been staring me in the face, but Newjez the listings data you sometimes post i.e. number of listings for WA compared to a week ago and a year ago, where do you get it? Also the number of reduced prices and rentals. And do you know where to get it for qld?

For reduced, I just put the word reduced in the search box of reiwa website. I could use reduced, reduction etc, but I figured I'd keep it simple. Its just a guide.

Listings and sales are also updated on reiwa on a wed.

Qld site

May have similar info but its not obvious. You may have to dig a big, or someone qld based like peter may have better resources.

The fact that Perth is in a general downturn is becoming more mainstream every day. We now have articles in the papers almost daily pointing this out.

Link:- Perth Hotel Prices Down

A year ago, it was pretty much accepted by most sensible people in resources that the good times were coming to an end. This is now being felt in the CBD by our hotels, coffee shops, high end boutiques and pubs. We are only at the front end of this downturn at the moment. Gorgon and so on, still have a lot of high paid manpower on site but completion isn't far off.

Matthew, 30 Jan 2016, 09:21 AM Your simplistic view is so flawed it is not worth debating. The current oversupply will be swallowed in 12 months. By the time dumb shits like you realise this prices will already be :?: rising.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.

Forum Rules: The main forum may be used to discuss property, politics, economics and finance, precious metals, crypto currency, debt management, generational divides, climate change, sustainability, alternative energy, environmental topics, human rights or social justice issues, and other topics on a case by case basis.
