Blondie, I have refrained from having a dig at you before..

But, while I find you to be very honest and you have shared some things with us like getting a tennant recently, which is great for the forum, sometimes the silly talk is a bit too much for the boys to have to put up with. It might be funny, amusing and accepted or encouraged on some womens baby/knitting/ whatever forum, but to put it mildly, its rather annoying. I would rather read one of skamys or shadows or even frank castles posts over some of yours, sorry nearly forgot Peter, only joking mate, buts its getting a bit that way.

So maybe you should either do yourself , the bulls and the bears a favour and maybe have a little break for awhile or come back to earth with your posts.

I know you are you and we cant change that or hope too or even expect too, but some of these things are like dealing with a silly little girl.

Please Blondie, have some consideration for others here and cut out the silly shit.

How's that saying go , If you ain't got anything decent or worthwhile to say, don't say it at all.

If its not a saying, it is now, one I wish many here would adhere to.

So
It's ok for Kulganis for being an absolute idiot?

I usually post what's my reality ..
& you
Well
Most times you are really full of it..

Get stuffed.

You want me to piss off & never come back.

That's your ulterior motive.

It's this bear & bull crap.

The reality is
You use the money to work & top it up. & not end up being a slave to the bank forever.

Kulganis purposes aims to piss me off.

Get stuffed .

Eff of mmm
You don't any idea what it means to own properties & rent them out each & every day & getting the income that makes quality of life great.

There's no evidence what so ever that you understand postive rental cash flow.

What that means to certain individuals life.

I am angry that there's double standards .

Go f yourself.

Newjerk? can you try harder than dig up another person's blog. My first promo was with Billabong and my name in English is modified with a T, am Perth born but also lived in Sydney to make my $$
It's Absolutely Fabulous if it includes brilliant locations, & high calibre tenants..what more does one want? Understand the power of the two "P"" or be financially challenged
Even better when there is family who are property mad and one is born in some entitlements.....Understand that beautiful women are the exhibitionists we crave attention, whilst hot blooded men are the voyeurs ... A stunning woman can command and takes pleasure in being noticed. Seems not too many understand what it means to hold and own props and get threatened by those who do.
Banks are considered to be law abiding and & rather boring places yeah not true . A bank balance sheet will show capital is dwarfed by their liabilities this means when a portions of loans is falling its problems for the bank.

Most of that wealth is held by boomers.
Don't worry, in a few years all the boomers will be dead and you can inherit it all. Unfortunately being a good student of history enables me to see the next world war is on the horizon. Ultimately you'll inherit a radio-active smoking hole, when the XY generation in the rest of the world decide to take what you got.

Fortunately I'll be dead by then.....enjoy! :lol

How am I being idiotic? I'm pointing out that if you want people to see Baby Boomers as nice, conscientious, loving people, maybe spitting on others isn't the best way to go about it...

More than a couple, I can assure you, dated one once, found him to be almost as shallow as you... Unfortunately (for him at least) I crave depth of character in my partners.

Yep, no complaints here.

Quite familiar with the concept, but one isn't enough for me, happy to see that you can settle for just one though.

Hey Kulganis

You suck.
Often, and very well, I'm told... Oh you meant it as an insult, oh well, I'm sure you can be polite when you want something, perhaps you don't want Baby Boomers to be seen as loving, caring people afterall...

My incredibly sharp 93 or 4 year old grandmother says the same. What she sees now is similar to the lead up to WWII she says.

I cant see nuclear holocaust, just the small wars for "oil" that the world is currently having and maybe a big financial one if China decides to show the US of A it owns their arse.

Of course The US of A is broke so will barely let out of wimper of protest as the small asian penis of pwnage rattles around in the overstretched hole that is the usa's bot bot.

Add: Yes, I have been drinking - can you tell?

I agree, it's unlikely that anyone would set off a MAD event (at least among the saner world powers). But I have a feeling that things are getting a little heated. The US may need to do something rather big to reassert itself as the world reserve currency producer, some nation are pulling away from the petrodollar and that could hurt the US more than they would like.

What I am saying is that for most of the boomers home owning years they did not experience half the price growth that Gen X has achieved in their first decade of home ownership.
So when are you saying that GenX started buying houses?

Did you grow up skipping the occasional meal? Did your generation get conscripted to fight a war overseas? Did you deal with rampant inflation? Did you support a generation into the age pension only to be told you won't get much now?

I'm no baby boomer, but to suggest things are tougher for GenX/Y is laughable.
I'm a boomer - My old man grew up without shoes. And went to work in a brickworks as a labourer at 12.

Though I had things good - We had hot water by the time I was 7 maybe. And no outdoor dunny by the time I was 12. Plus plenty of shoes and even a pushbike by 12. And being not especially thick (and even a bit closeted by loving parents maybe?), I didn't start work 'til 17.

Don't feel ta comment on younger generations at this time - They simply are a product of their time as me olds 'n me are/were of ours maybe?

But anyway, a yarn that once struck me as amusing was:

"My father rode a camel.
I drive a car.
My son flies in jet planes.
His son will ride a camel."

A Professional Demographer to an amateur demographer: "negative natural increase will never outweigh the positive net migration"

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.

Forum Rules: The main forum may be used to discuss property, politics, economics and finance, precious metals, crypto currency, debt management, generational divides, climate change, sustainability, alternative energy, environmental topics, human rights or social justice issues, and other topics on a case by case basis. Topics unsuitable for the main forum may be discussed in the lounge.
