LOL, you sure do spend a lot of time writing about me. Yet despite all your efforts, you're yet to find any evidence of me lying or misleading.

But keep on chasing me, and perhaps one day you'll find the elusive proof that you seek... :lol

The buffoon provided the evidence himself, but thanks for expressing your concern over something that does not bother you at all. :re:
Shadow - Defrauded his Bank ? 2015 I have 9 different loans and my bank had no idea which ones were personal and which were investment. They had half of them classed incorrectly. When this change came in they asked me to tell them if any personal loans were incorrectly classed as investment, which I did, and they switched them to personal for the lower rate. They also had a couple of investment loans incorrectly classed as personal. They didn't ask me about those. So they stay on the lower rate too. Worked out pretty well. :)

That's just another personal attack. Let me know when you've found some evidence.
1. Epic Fail! Steve Keen's Bad Calls and Predictions.
2. Residential property loans regulated by NCCP Act. Banks can't margin call unless borrower defaults.
3. Housing is second highest taxed sector of Australian Economy. Renters subsidised by highly taxed homeowners.
4. Ongoing improvement in housing affordability. Australian household formation faster than population growth since 1960s.

Is your wealth in USD ?
5 year chart in AUD. Up one dollar over 5 years at the moment - less insurance and storage cost.

Housing costs to Income broadly unchanged since 1994 - re-ratified here

You have debt, not wealth.
One generates the other for me. I don't even need to work for it.

Looks pretty good to me, but I'm not sitting in the suburbs dealing with non-existent fears and anxieties about barbarous relic. Hell, if you really want the caregiver to change your diaper, you might want to look at the BetaShares S&P/ASX 200 Resources Sector ETF. This should get the saliva going and put the diapers through a bit of a workout.

It could be worse, you could have gone all in on silver like Ted.

Imagine having your life savings piled into that.

Another low in Gold. If the Fed raises it will be under 1000. No raise is going to create a substantial bounce. I suppose they are going to raise rates but i do not see how they can justify it.

Imagine having your life savings piled into that.
Or even worse if you'd gone all in on our resource producers, dividends and all.

Some people have made a motza on this short. Not a game played by puppet masters and other lemmings.

I did not name you as the buffoon in that post, you simply understood who provided the evidence and took on the buffoon name.

It takes a real buffoon to gloat at his misleading the bank, and then claim he did not mislead the bank while demanding I provide proof.

Well done sir.

Yes, it does look better when in AUD than in USD... thank-you.

Insurance - does one need to insure other assets such as property ?

Storage cost - I store mine in a safe that is free ... It's amazing how much $$ in gold can take up such a small space... not that I have a lot of gold anyway... anyway, storage cost is $0.

I've never been a gold bug... it's just one of the eggs I like to diversify into... not doing particularly well, correct... but it is balanced out by the other eggs nicely.

Under your pillow isn't a safe.

You claim you don't have a lot of it, yet you refuse to some to terms with the fact it's lost you money.
