This is a difficult issue to grasp and I confess that I struggle to comprehend itl.
It's time that you also appreciated that you have no idea of the issues. The ability to Google dernier websites does not signal appreciation of the nuances and causes for the changing climate.
Sounds like your starting to have doubts about your "scientific consensus", based on all the flawed computer models around the world. There is NOTHING difficult to comprehend, you've been conned, as a lot of scientific organisations rely of government grant money to survive, and what better way to continue the gravy train than BS about saving the planet from CO2. But the con is coming to an end, and solar activity slowly weakens, and we head into a cooling period through the 2020's and 2030's. It's not CO2, it's the SUN that has a much stronger influence over the warming and cooling of Earth.

Geothermal activity under parts of the West Antarctic Ice Sheet is causing rapid glacial melting that impacts global sea level rise, a new study confirms.
The West Antarctic Ice Sheet (WAIS) lies on top of the vast, hidden West Antarctic Rift System where crustal expansion processes occur deep beneath the ice, and is losing ice faster than any other part of Antarctica.
"Our results provide an observation-based set of geologically realistic geothermal flux values that modellers can use to make much more realistic simulations of the future behaviour and sea level contribution of Thwaites Glacier," says Schroeder.

If you asked me whether the sun will rise again tomorrow I would answer with a definite yes, but in the back of my mind I know that one day it won't. (leaving aside the sun rising description)
I don't believe that we can ever be 100% certain of anything especially on matters like this that have so many interacting forces. Indeed it is a concern that people like yourself are so convinced of the infallibility of your opinion. That more or less tells me that you really don't understand the issues at all.
Seriously I don't care what you believe. I don't understand why others who also strongly oppose global warming theories feel the need to stoop to personal abuse, but maybe they have their reasons. It's one of those issues where I don't care what others think, I only care about how I, my family and friends act to cover the effects and dangers over the next century or two, that's important to me as I want them to minimise risk.
For you it's going to be a bonanza as waterfront property becomes ever cheaper. I'd buy a new fishing line now if I was you. Maybe a ski boat as well.
Any expressed market opinion is my own and is not to be taken as financial advice

Hand over ears singing "la, la, la, I can't hear you" Peter. You didnt even respond to the ABC normally pro CO2 warming link either..You and your family can chill out as you have been conned by the whole CO2 man-made warming. Asthe observed evidence comes in that disproves all the warming hysteria, AGW will die a slow death. Your family should be more worried about the cooling from the next dalton or maunder like solar minimums this half of the century I'm opposed to the AGW theories as non have eventuated as predicted as yet, and in fact are being disproved as more scientific evidence comes throught. But AGW is now a religions, so cult followers like you wont be swayed.

Why would I deny that there are active volcanoes under the ice?
Have they suddenly popped up or have they always been there? If they have become more active in recent times then so what, they go through phases like other volcanoes.
The fact that you can find issues that support your views on sites like the ABC site just confirms their intent to be honest, unlike you who has cherry picked. But that's fine, you will believe whatever you want to believe, it's OK with me.
thousands of scientists around the globe have stood up and said "uh oh we may have a problem here" and you have found a few who disagree, so you choose to believe the few. in any debate there will always be some who disagree - that's healthy. Maybe your scientists are right, but I'll go with the majority and err on the side of caution until I know otherwise.
My comment applies to the host of third world organizations on that list, including Moldova and Venezuela which are 'white' countries. I picked Zimbabwe to emphasise the point because it is notorious for poor government management blah blah blah
You don't need to distinguish between white countries and black ones dwerp, they are just countries. But you have groveled out an apology so that's accepted. Just keep your racist filth to yourself from now on. We will be keeping an eye on you.
Shadow was hopelessly wrong about the Gold Bull Market. What else is he wrong about?
I haven't apologised for racism that I am not guilty of. I never will have to apologise for being racist, as I love seeing new liberal voters joining our country.
Thanks Kulganis for letting me know about the funding of the Zimbabwe Academy of Science. Turns out that they are not funding it very well...

The ZAS office, which is run from the University of Zimbabwe (UZ) campus in Harare, is yet to be equipped with a telephone landline, email, a full-time secretariat or office furniture.
Granted, that was the state of affairs 3 years ago. But considering that after 7 years of inception, that the 'Academy' had not even had a telephone line installed, one wonders how much progress has been made in the last 3 years.
So I desperately tried to find a website, email address, or telephone number for the 'Academy'. But it looks like they are currently relying on a university staff member to relay emails to them.
So Roberto, one really wonders how the Zimbabwe Academy of Science manages to keep up to date with all the climate science if it does not have access to internet.
I'm glad you guys ignorantly challenged me on this rather than researching it yourself. Because now I have the evidence to support my initial assumption. It's quite simple, unless the third world has suddenly become the first world, then it is obvious that they lack the critical resources to fully engage with the massive quantity of science and debate. How are they even able to join the debate if they lack basic communication resources?

Ah, the desperation.
First you assumed they were wrong because of mismanaged government, now it's because they don't have a phone line.
And permanent phone lines aren't critical infrastructure, they are a convenience.

If you were a climate scientist (promoted amazingly beyond your intellectual station, despite your poor grasp of statistics, with a fabulous tenured job, surrounded by adoring PhD students and other groupies, and, on a self-righteous high horse that delivers endorphins better than Jesus' disciples) would you really unsubscribe to Co2 theory now? You'd really go from climate professor to driving taxis (the fate of many PhD scholars in other disciplines)? So, who can't see why climate scientists seem so unanimous on their position?

Kulganis good to see you back, I missed your fuzzy logic.
Surely, you must accept that there is a direct relationship between government management and education and science funding. I made the mistake of thinking I could just say 'Zimbabwe is third world' and you would be able to make all the logical deductions yourself. But now I see that I have to spell out every tiny detail for you and connect all the dots.
As I say, send your kids to one of those countries for a good education.
Phoneline is not critical for a modern science academy? You really are out of touch. What about access to the host of online only science journals that exist today? I suppose they are just a 'convenience' too? I'm sure glad you're not in charge of Australia's university system.
I gotta say, I missed your absurd comments. I just honestly can't believe you are being serious. It's too funny to not be a comedy.
