The remaining bears are mostly dumb. There's not much point or pleasure in discussing anything with such losers.
This.
The remaining bears are ranting raving abusive lunatics (Timo, MMM, Goldbug etc) or incessant whingers (Veritas, GenX and his socks etc).
None of them can put forward a cohesive argument for a crash. They just rant incoherently about 'The Ponzi' and 'The Bubble'.
They don't present any new arguments or data worth debating. It's just a rehash of the same arguments from a decade ago.
The bears lost, but the remaining bears here are too dumb to realise it, so they carry on with their same tired old rehashed arguments regardless.
Same goes for Macrobusiness... that whole site is filled with angry bears who have absolutely no clue. Fools like David Collyer and Gunnamatta who think they're smarter than the bulls despite getting it wrong for years. And they're led by the three stooges... David Llewellyn-Smith, Leith van Onselen, and Chris Becker... guys who have been wrong about house prices for so long that they should really be hanging their heads in shame rather than continuing to give out advice.
I found more interest in how this "bullion baron " set up this blog describing his thoughts about some of you bull & bears who have yrs of posting games.
Thanks for reminding me about bullion baron - he's a long lost bear who sold his house expecting a crash - posts on sumersoft as hobo-jo and has posted here under various socks. Here's his last big share option tip (here) on his website:

Silver To Shine Again: Prepare For A Burst Higher
Over the next 12-18 months I'm expecting a major burst higher in Silver which will take the price to new highs, finally cracking through the US$50 nominal record set in January 1980. ... lots of charts and Nostradamus type bullshit I've been accumulating $38 & $50 January 2015 Call Options in SLV for around $2.30 and 90c respectively.
Price of those options now? ZERO - no bids. Being offered for sale, with no bids, at ONE CENT. LOSS = 100%.
Same 100% loss as his previous share option tip on BSR.
Yes, my regular exposures of the utter cockups of Chris Becker, LVO and DLS were pretty hilarious. I believe they introduced the MB paywall purely in an effort to thwart the piss taking they were getting from me.
Yep, that must be it. My posts were so effective that I was being paid. Sure I was. Your comment really does confirm my point above regarding the cerebral status of the remaining bears.
Your comment really does confirm my point above regarding your sense of humour. Nevertheless, I hope you are well Strindberg.

Oh shadow, when you actually own any property, come and see me.
You have trolled internet forum for years. How many years of your life have you spent in that chair shadow. Does it have wheels on it.
How old are you shadow, a couple of years younger then me, I have held multiple Sydney properties since the early ninties, and have recently paid out my second Sydney property, independantly of one another. Yet you so called experts pay interest only loans. You entered the market for the first time in 2005, more than ten years after my first sydney purchase, and my ip was also purchased a few years before you entered the market.
The fact is, you own nothing and never have. Yet I'm one of very few here to seem to own Sydney property outright.
The other fact is, you are only a couple of years younger than me and twenty years being financially. The fact is you left it to late to come to the party, and have bought in with Interest only loans at a time in our history where the economies of the world are crumbling, clearly shown in interest rates jammed at zero for over six years with all western economies heading backwards. Not that a fool like yourself is able to see the obviuos.
Why did you leave your run so late and n life shadow, you know you will still be paying interest only loans til the day you die. While I already live a life of luxury and could retire tommorow if I wanted to, and am yet to turn 45.
How old are you shadow, a couple of years younger then me you are only a couple of years younger than me
You're obsessed with the age of other people compared to yourself. You're always asking Peter for his age too. It makes you sound rather desperate and unsure of yourself... like you have this overriding need to prove yourself to anonymous people on the internet. Very strange. Anyway, thanks for proving my point about the ranting and raving etc.

Good for you Ted. Well done. The internet is in awe of your achievements.

Glad you bought this up shadow, there is a couple of things to say here.
Firstly , sometimes I am curious to know some people age. Mainly to know if I am not just dealing with a teenagaer like bardon, and it shows me how long people have been around, perhaps how experienced they are .
But by asking your age, the response tells me a few things also. I feel that people who are unable to mention it are either insecure, embarassed or scared of your age or have something to hide. A woman hides their age, just like all of you, have you all turned to woman these days....
It also shows me when people have nothing to hide, it shows me honesty.
Do you think I lie when I tell you I am 44 ?
Do you think I lie about anything ?
Do you think I have any reason or need too ?
Are any of you man enough to admit your age on here ?
Go on. Once one of you starts, the rest might man up.
I don't think about your age at all. It is of no interest to me.
Fair enough. To be honest, I often don't care or think about it. But we have been jibbering shit to each other for years and sometimes I might wonder or be curious as to how old somebody might be.
