Just more rubbish Timmy, my IP was mentioned years ago, I'm sure you remember my discussion about diversity, but now wish to pretend otherwise and come out with this crap as usual.

Your arse is being handed to you timmy,, iron ore about to drop under $100 any day now and stay under $100. But thats good for you right. Sure Timmy sure.

Whatever you say Timmy ....whatever you say.

You did not answer my question in the commodities prices thread Timmy. Was a very simple one.
really, can you link to your discussion about this IP "years" ago?

you're confused again. the movements on the iron ore price don't impact me directly, i'm not holding the commodity until you and gold.

it's all in your head. you invent these crazed realities where you think i'm "having my arse handed to me", when you have zero comprehension of what is happening..

You're a sick puppy.
Rumbled eh?
Just the sort of response shadow would make. Why don't you come out of the closet and face the music on your IP's :lol
Shadow was hopelessly wrong about the Gold Bull Market.

... as the economy collapses around you.
The world has been through the biggest economic downturn in history. It is now out of the woods and improving on any measure. If you really believe the end is nigh then you are deluded.

Let you and me pick a suitable measure and I will bet you $1,000 that I am right.

Stop all the cheap forum trolling and put your money where your mouth is.

What measure can we agree on?
Collecting desperation.

If that were true interest rates wouldn't be at zero and QE wouldn't be endless.

I don't know why frank posts here with his shit portfolio of flooded houses? Perhaps they laughed him off somersoft? Personally I doubt he actually owns all the properties he claims to. Big noter's like frank tend to embellish things "a lot" to make themselves look more important. How you can feel important paying mortgages on dogboxes in a swamp, at the back of a rural town, is the great mystery though.

I do enjoy the irony of a bearish property investor arguing with a bullish PPOR holder about the state of the market. You guys should start a comedy act.

I think they moor them to the front steps? All they own up there are little tinnies anyway so it wouldn't be an issue.

Yes I could Timmy, plenty here know its been discussed before , years ago Timmy.
You have seen it before.

So what I show you and then you just keep pretending you don't know about it.

You don't believe me Timmy. I don't lie Timmy, I have no need to , and if you don't, I could not care less in the slightest. What's the big deal Timmy , I have a Sydney IP, Ill just take it as a compliment you don't believe me Timmy.

I'm pretty sure you know all about it, but wish to play the fool as usual Timmy so I'm not wasting any more of my time finding something you will only deny again three months down the track, I just wasted enough time responding to you.

Your first comment shows you would not have the slightest clue in the world of what is going on.

We've tried this betting thing before , It doesn't happen , it doesn't work.

And $1,000. Get me out of bed when you can come up with something more substantial.

And I would feel guilty taking candy from a baby.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.

Forum Rules: The main forum may be used to discuss property, politics, economics and finance, precious metals, crypto currency, debt management, generational divides, climate change, sustainability, alternative energy, environmental topics, human rights or social justice issues, and other topics on a case by case basis. Topics unsuitable for the main forum may be discussed in the lounge. You agree you won't use this forum to post material that is illegal, private, defamatory, pornographic, excessively abusive or profane, threatening, or invasive of another forum member's privacy. Accusations, attacks, abuse or threats, litigious or otherwise, directed against the forum or forum administrators aren't tolerated and will result in immediate suspension of your account for a number of days depending on the severity of the attack. No spamming or advertising in the main forum. Spamming includes repeating the same message over and over again within a short period of time. Don't post ALL CAPS thread titles. The Advertising and Promotion Subforum may be used to promote your Australian property related business or service. Active members of the forum who contribute regularly to main forum discussions may also include a link to their product or service in their signature block.
