Morning crusty

No , I was showing I was a realist, and while property all around the country was going down , I said at the start of 2012 that you will see both dyshart and moranbah go up by 20% over the year provided mi ing does not collapze in the meantime, I also said that it could collapse at anytime and that I would never invest in it. Guess what results at start of 2013 showed one up by 19.4% or something very close the other was just over 20%, and now they have collapsed. Everything I said would happen there did.

I also told you two years ago your rents would eventually hit a brick wall and then will flatten then drop as there will be no money or jobs to support it any further. At the time you bragged you had never had a rent drop in the ten or so years you have owned. But guess what , you had your first rent drop ever at the end of last year frank. Posted in the thread I started as guest rather than MMM, stinky told us there of his drops too. If I started the thread as MMM, neither of you would of posted, so I milked you both for info. :)

Dear oh dear oh dear oh dear oh deary me!
At the end of the day this is just a bunch of anonymous people have a rowdy argument about property.

Despite some of the nasties people write, it doesn't actually matter that much.

EDIT: Perhaps this is a good time to take a breath and remember that we're all human beings here.

When is this mining boom expected to begin?
The production phase is here apparently. Can't you see it?
Whenever you have an argument with someone, there comes a moment where you must ask yourself, whatever your political persuasion, 'am I the Nazi?'

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.

Forum Rules: The main forum may be used to discuss property, politics, economics and finance, precious metals, crypto currency, debt management, generational divides, climate change, sustainability, alternative energy, environmental topics, human rights or social justice issues, and other topics on a case by case basis. Topics unsuitable for the main forum may be discussed in the lounge.
