Seems as though ever since the west embraced wogs we've become more corrupt like them.
Here we had wogs out of work etc, over in the US they had Scorcese.
The NSW Labor party was corrupted by mostly wogs.
Nothing is sacred today.
Yep, they go and get millions of people from the most corrupt places on earth... countries that have been steeped in corruption for centuries... bring them here and then act surprised when corruption results 30-40 years later.

Great idea multiculturalism.
I think most people like it. Before all this you had to have brains and you had get a real job to have the big house.
Sick corruption gives morons a chance at the big bucks.
stinkbug omosessuale Frank Castle is a liar and a criminal. He will often deliberately take people out of context and use straw man arguments. Frank finally and unintentionally gives it up and admits he got where he is, primarily via dumb luck! See here Property will be 50-70% off by 2016.

Keep up the hate fest with the schmuck SMAC mate of yours.
Newjerk? can you try harder than dig up another person's blog. My first promo was with Billabong and my name in English is modified with a T, am Perth born but also lived in Sydney to make my $$ It's Absolutely Fabulous if it includes brilliant locations, & high calibre tenants..what more does one want? Understand the power of the two "P"" or be financially challenged Even better when there is family who are property mad and one is born in some entitlements.....Understand that beautiful women are the exhibitionists we crave attention, whilst hot blooded men are the voyeurs ... A stunning woman can command and takes pleasure in being noticed. Seems not too many understand what it means to hold and own props and get threatened by those who do. Banks are considered to be law abiding and & rather boring places yeah not true . A bank balance sheet will show capital is dwarfed by their liabilities this means when a portions of loans is falling its problems for the bank.
The rental business makes about $200 million profit each year, Triguboff said, from the 2000 units he owns in Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. That business would stay in family hands and is worth up to $3.5 billion.

You really are a loser Moops.
A reject.
I'm more inclined to blame the Anglo-Celtic Aussies of the post-war era who inherited a wonderful, prosperous, peaceful, and harmonious country, and decided that was too "boring"... so they started to destroy the country by bringing in millions of people from corrupt and war-torn countries.
That's an average profit of $100k per unit, seems extraordinarily high.
Yes I agree - $30K to $50K per unit would be closer to the mark assuming that they are well positioned better than average units. It's hard to get more than $1000 per week for an apartment, especially as an average, so a net of $2000 per week seems extraordinary. The valuation of $3.5B seems extraordinary as well, although it's likely that it was the expensive units that he was left with after he offered them to the market.
That would be an average value of $1.75M which is probably not possible. Maybe there is a shopping centre in there somewhere.

That's just too bad.
You've obviously been feeling inferior by those immigrants & their families who have chosen to work hard & be involved in businesses that have contributed to the economy.
They have no fear.
Unlike gutless morons like you.

Chinese media mogul turned property developer Charles Fan is taking a road less travelled by offshore developers in Australia and rolling out a string of freestanding home developments.
As the chairman and founder of developer Harman Global Holdings, Mr Fan has just wrapped up his most ambitious purchase to date, paying around $33 million to Investa Land for a Central Coast golf and spa resort with a 108-room Accor hotel and 120 house and land packages.
The former executive producer at Chinese media network Bojie, which works in partnership with state-owned media group CCTV, now controls a portfolio of almost 220 residential lots across sites in NSW’s Castle Hill, Kellyville, and now, Kooindah near Gosford.
He describes his late-in-life foray into property development not too dissimilar from the world of film and TV production he left behind in China. “Searching for a good script is like searching for land,” he said. “Its all about putting a brand on it and then marketing it to people.”
Harman’s Le Windsor community around a golf course in Castle Hill has 86 lots and a gross realisation value above $100 million. A development in Kellyville purchased for $5 million has 16 homes. The majority of customers are Chinese.
His route to market of house and land packages is surprising for an offshore developer in a market where house and land packages are dominated by larger, local players. But facing competition from the likes of Greenland, Starryland and Country Garden for inner-city apartment sites, Mr Fan has found the house and land market more accessible. “Some Chinese developers have standards about what property they will and won’t buy. For example, some of them only like CBD areas, but I have no chance of competing with them,” he said.
That house and land packages can be released to market in staggered intervals is another bonus, Mr Fan said.
“I am not interested in apartments because once they are settled, we have nothing more to do with it.”
Mr Fan came to Australia four years ago with his family in a bid to escape pollution in Beijing. He originally intended to set enter media in Australia, but soon realised the small size of Australia’s market would make it difficult to achieve scale. A close network of friends, which include executives at Greenland and other property groups in China gave him advice on how he could capitalise on real estate opportunities in Australia. “There’s a great opportunity for real estate in Australia at the moment,” he said. “Even as a media person, I can see that opportunity.”
