I'd hire a private Investigator to track down where moops lives and i'd buy that property and jack the cnts rent up as fast and as often as I could and if he moved, I would buy that place and do the same, rinse and repeat.
As soon as he moved out, rent would drop back to fair market rate to attract a better class of tenant

Just for shits and giggles :lol

Sick man?

I'd spend a million on the Falcon BA and get interior done up to something I could be proud of. Er build a mini Mount Palomar Astronomical observatory. A small evil genius underground bunker to hide in with the rest in gold. :re:

At the end of day one is an ape descendant with 4 limbs and head and little can be done to improve that condition.
The next trick of our glorious banks will be to charge us a fee for using net bank!!!

You give a pissy bit of money while taking it from them via housing.

Aren't you just Jesus then. :lol

I'm actually quite quiet, except when I'm swearing. But I don't think it's that loud. I hate noise actually. My pet hate is yappy dogs.

I'm not sure if I'd do anything malicious to anyone. You'd certainly have a lot to lose and probably wouldn't want to piss anyone off. :D
Oh well, I'll just have to fill it with Albanians then.

That's actually not a bad idea. Sounds fun.

I'd probably try and build as big a block of units in the Inner West as possible. Fill it with dole bludging, violent refugees(not that I'm saying all reffos are violent). That'd show them lefties. :lol

You could use me, I could play Nightwish or Inkubus Sukkubus extremely loud, at all the important hours of the day. I do anyway, but where I live, I have no neighbours to annoy.

I would put 90% of it into a trust. (not controlled by me)
Spend 10% on life style improvements.
And buy another ticket.

Nup. The Tories don't kick you while you're down when you whinge about mass immigration and call you a racist and try and dehumanise you. :D

They're an honest evil in this regard.

i'd drop 50% of it in an account i couldn't touch and have it pay me an income.

i'd spend 10 million on speculative stuff myself just for fun

10 million on a porn mansion

the rest i'd keep for flash money on any crap i see. i'd do something like buy a ferrai, drive it a couple of times then just give it away and buy something else.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.

Forum Rules: The main forum may be used to discuss property, politics, economics and finance, precious metals, crypto currency, debt management, generational divides, climate change, sustainability, alternative energy, environmental topics, human rights or social justice issues, and other topics on a case by case basis. Topics unsuitable for the main forum may be discussed in the lounge. You agree you won't use this forum to post material that is illegal, private, defamatory, pornographic, excessively abusive or profane, threatening, or invasive of another forum member's privacy. Don't post NSFW content. Racist or ethnic slurs and homophobic comments aren't tolerated. Accusing forum members of serious crimes is not permitted. Accusations, attacks, abuse or threats, litigious or otherwise, directed against the forum or forum administrators aren't tolerated and will result in immediate suspension of your account for a number of days depending on the severity of the attack. No spamming or advertising in the main forum. Spamming includes repeating the same message over and over again within a short period of time. Don't post ALL CAPS thread titles. The Advertising and Promotion Subforum may be used to promote your Australian property related business or service. Active members of the forum who contribute regularly to main forum discussions may also include a link to their product or service in their signature block. Members are limited to one actively posting account each. A secondary account may be used solely for the purpose of maintaining a blog as long as that account no longer posts in threads. Any member who believes another member has violated these rules may report the offending post using the report button.
