Blondie you girls are unreal :)

My partner buys a lot of stuff I don't know about, but I don't mind provided she isn't blowing it on male hookers again.
Ha.... Mel did you miss my lesbian joke?

Promise its not nasty.

I don't know if anyone else has experienced this, but I get on much better with lesbians that women who are straight. You can go to the pub with them, go to the footy, fart and spit and they aren't bothered. They're like blokes without cocks.

It's most straight men's sexual fantasy...or fact ;) to have more than 1 girl @ a time......

I'm sure some have thought about being the only male on an island full of women & ...well having lots of attention..

Anyway, back to the topic, shopping: well I don't like it when it gets closer to Xmas, I do avoid rushing it, all that rushing around , vulture parking... Gives me the shits..
Otherwise I luv Xmas...

Newjerk? can you try harder than dig up another person's blog. My first promo was with Billabong and my name in English is modified with a T, am Perth born but also lived in Sydney to make my $$
It's Absolutely Fabulous if it includes brilliant locations, & high calibre tenants..what more does one want? Understand the power of the two "P"" or be financially challenged
Even better when there is family who are property mad and one is born in some entitlements.....Understand that beautiful women are the exhibitionists we crave attention, whilst hot blooded men are the voyeurs ... A stunning woman can command and takes pleasure in being noticed. Seems not too many understand what it means to hold and own props and get threatened by those who do.
Banks are considered to be law abiding and & rather boring places yeah not true . A bank balance sheet will show capital is dwarfed by their liabilities this means when a portions of loans is falling its problems for the bank.

I confess that I walked out on my wife once at Indooroopilly Shoppingtown after about 5 hours of shopping for her clothes. I just couldn't take one more boutique or shoe store. It took about a week for her to talk to me again, but I've never had to do any shopping for clothes since, and that's a bonus. Short term pain - long term gain.
I just tell mine she can have everything she wants if she's willing to pay in blow jobs.

seems to keep the spending down to minimum so far.

So the shopkeepers in your area take payment in sexual favours from your wife?

Does it concern you when she comes home with a truck load of new clothes and a big smile on her face?

Any expressed market opinion is my own and is not to be taken as financial advice

It's funny how things turn out.

I was lucky enough to be the only male camping with 4 ladies and 1 tent. Highly recommend that.

My first long term partner left to travel. Came back from the UK a lesbian.

All good though. She may be a gorgeous euroasian like my wife but she was taller than me...

Love it Pete.

She's probably paying off the sports car in installments.

Australian Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Australian and global real estate markets and macroeconomics, including house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a property crash. Is there an Australian housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is the Australian property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices really rise forever? These are the questions we address on Australian Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators. Members may also discuss matters related to finance, modern monetary theory (MMT), debt deflation, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Ethereum and Ripple, property investing, landlords, tenants, debt consolidation, reverse home equity loans, the housing shortage, negative gearing, capital gains tax, land tax and macro prudential regulation.
